We secured planing for the redevelopment of this large town centre site to provide 67 new build apartments with underground parking and restoration and conversion of a grade 2 listed former Police Barracks, Court and Judges House to provide further accommodation.
POLEGATE, EAST SUSSEX
A very challenging development which abuts a main line railway.
The development produced 22 flats in partnership with Clarion Housing Association and the ground floor leased to McColls retail.
SOUTHBOROUGH, TUNBRIDGE WELLS
We developed two very modern houses on this former garage and workshop.
The site was purchased without planning and reconfigured prior to an application being made.
SELLING, NR CANTERBURY
This development included the sale of some £4.5m of stylish new homes in this idyllic Kentish village near Canterbury. The project was developed as a joint venture with a local farmer.
BURGESS HILL, WEST SUSSEX
A development of 24 flats, 2 family houses and a large Coop with the residential element being developed in Partnership with Moat Housing Society.
TUNBRIDGE WELLS, KENT
A scheme on which planning was secured for 29 houses and flats and a package deal agreed with local housing association Town and Country.
AUSTIN ROAD, ASHFORD, KENT
The redevelopment of a former industrial site to provide 14 very modern family homes and the expansion of an adjoining commercial unit.
RENDEZVOUS STREET, FOLKESTONE
A mixed use scheme in the heart of Folkestone with retail on the ground floor, apartments above and underground parking.
DOVER ROAD, NORTHFLEET
A highly contaminated site next to the Eurostar line on which planning for 82 properties was secured. The site was sold with planning to the Town and Country Housing Group.
KENT RELIANCE HOUSE ROCHESTER, KENT
The former head office of Kent Reliance Building Society was acquired , converted and extended to provide 56 bed spaces of student housing for the University Of Kent.
Although listed, Peak secured planning permission to construct a further 2 floors on top of the existing building shown.
This site was acquired within 14 days of agreeing terms. We then secured planning for a mixed use scheme comprising a Co-op on the ground floor and apartments above.
TUNBRIDGE WELLS, KENT
A small development of 3 large houses. The site was purchased and when planning secured sold to a local builder.
WHYTECLIFFE ROAD, PURLEY, CROYDON
The redevelopment of a disused printing works and garage to provide 70 properties and a retail unit was sold to a housing association on the securing of planning.
RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL

KINGSWAY HOUSE, WILTON SALISBURY
A Grade ll listed work house converted to 32 dwellings for Signpost Housing Association.
A challenging development as the building was listed due to its previous use as a work house and also required a change of use outside planning policy.
BROADOAK ROAD, CANTERBURY
A high density development of flats and houses developed for High Weald Housing on a former electricity sub station site.
NORTH FARM, TUNBRIDGE WELLS
A large former print works and haulage yard on which planning was secured for 76 properties. The site was developed in partnership with Barratt and Radcliffe Housing Society.
We acquired this site and secured planning for residential development including the construction of a large bridge over the adjoining river as the only form of access.
ASHBYS YARD, TONBRIDGE, KENT
We secured this site that falls within the Tonbridge Riverside Regeneration Area. Planning for 68 units and a dental practice was approved with the development becoming the centre piece for the regeneration.
TIDEBROOK, EAST SUSSEX
An old farm that was demolished and replaced with something a bit more modern!
